Everyone deserves a safe place to connect, share stories, find empathy, feel understood, and encourage each other. That’s why we offer these in-person and online peer-to-peer support groups for young people who are struggling with self-care, self-esteem, break ups, healing after abuse, dealing with toxic relationships, family tension or friend drama, feeling stressed out, or left out at school. You’ll build connections with others who understand and share similar lived experiences. And gain mutual support on the path toward safety, healing, empowerment, and well-being. Additional takeaways:
