Case Management can include:

  • Safety Planning – A personalized plan you create with a BLOOM365 advocate to help you navigate situations where you might feel unsafe.
  • Order of Protection Assistance – A legal document, ordered by a judge, that tells the person who is hurting or threatening you to stay away.
  • Court Accompaniment – We’ll help you plan, prepare and go to court so you don’t have to face it alone.
  • Victims’ Rights Information – We’ll help you understand your rights and how to use them.
  • Family Education – Information and resources so your family understands what you’re going through and how to support you.
  • Resource Connections – Connections to other organizations that can offer additional support.
  • Peer Support Groups – Connect with and feel supported by other young people who have been through similar experiences.
  • Animal Assisted Therapy – Our facility dog is specially trained to provide deep pressure “cover” therapy to alleviate anxiety and gentle touches to reduce stress before it becomes overwhelming.
